These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and jz348 (hereinafter referred to as "jz348", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jz348 website located at https://jz348.io and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment facilities made available thereon.

By accessing the jz348 website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jz348 platform, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand each clause, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jz348 platform and close your account.

jz348 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Access to and use of the jz348 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that each of the following conditions is satisfied:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active jz348 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jz348 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with a single player found to be operating multiple accounts, and to void any outstanding bets and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any material misrepresentation of personal information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jz348 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jz348 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jz348 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

jz348 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jz348 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the payment processing system.

4.2 Processing Time

Deposits are typically credited to your jz348 account balance within two (2) minutes of confirmed payment. In rare cases of payment network congestion or technical issues, crediting may take up to thirty (30) minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within this window, players should contact the support team with their transaction reference number.

4.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account (mobile wallet or bank account) that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your jz348 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit amount, subject to applicable fees charged by the payment provider.

4.4 No Deposit Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the deposit process to obtain promotional bonuses in a manner inconsistent with standard player behaviour — including through the use of multiple accounts, false transaction references, or chargebacks — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms and will result in account termination.

Players may request withdrawal of available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience processing delays while the verification review is completed. jz348 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods or during maintenance windows.

5.3 Verification Requirements

jz348 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal approvals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of all due diligence requirements.

5.4 Bonus Balance

Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash component of your account balance (i.e., the balance net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) is available for withdrawal at any time.

jz348 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the general provisions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal request can be processed. Certain game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirement completion — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Validity

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days as stated in the promotion) will expire and be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jz348 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, syndicate play, and collusion. Where bonus abuse is detected, jz348 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict the player's eligibility for future promotions.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus at any time. A new deposit bonus may not be claimed until all wagering requirements associated with any existing active bonus have been fully met or the existing bonus has expired.

All bets placed on the jz348 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published within the platform, and to the general provisions of this section.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

jz348 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Bets are accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on-screen. A bet is not considered valid until such confirmation has been received by the player.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game results — including technical malfunctions of gaming software — jz348 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. "Manifest error" means any obvious and material mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect at the time of the bet's acceptance.

7.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. jz348 is not responsible for delays in live odds feeds caused by third-party data providers. It is the player's responsibility to verify the current state of play before placing a live bet.

7.4 Maximum Payout

jz348 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player per day. These limits are subject to change and are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated payout.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jz348 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the jz348 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point in the player relationship.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jz348 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jz348 platform to obtain financial advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.

9.1 Player Tools

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz348 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jz348 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jz348's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jz348 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jz348 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to payment network outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party software failures.

jz348 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where amendments are material, jz348 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via a notice displayed on the jz348 platform.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the jz348 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jz348 is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jz348 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable jurisdiction.
